The hotel rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated, supplied with all necessary amenities fit for royalty including free water, chocolates, wifi, satellite TV, and a turn-down service where they even fluff up the pillows for you. From the reception, the service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP.
Staying at the 5-star hotel was like a luxury experience with royal treatment in the rooms, though the noise from the AC unit was unexpected at such a high price point. The service was exceptional despite language barriers, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Dining options were slightly below expectations, but the overall value was good for the amenities provided.
My stay at the hotel was like being treated as royalty. The rooms were huge, with thoughtful amenities like free water, chocolates, and a turn-down service that fluffed up the pillows just right. The private and quiet atmosphere, with a separate entrance to the lobby/bar and elevator, made it truly relaxing. However, the language barrier with some staff members did make communication a bit challenging at times.
